Instructions for Submissions of Paper Abstracts, Minisymposium Proposals and Full Papers
Below are the guidelines/instructions for abstract and paper submissions. Please read them carefully before beginning your submission.
General instructions
- Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to any of the Conference topics listed here.
- To be able to submit an abstract, you have to first register.
- Each paid registrant at ACCCBE-2025 will be limited to two presentations and should be the corresponding author.
- Participants may be an author of multiple contributions, but can be the presenting author of only two.
Minisymposium Submission
- If you are interested in organising a mini-symposium / special session as a part of the ACCCBE Conference, you are welcome to submit a proposal via email to secretariat@acccbe.org.

Abstract Submission and Notification
- Abstract templates and author guidelines can be download here.
- Please submit abstracts here.
- Abstract submissions will be continuously reviewed and acceptance notification will therefore depend on receipt date.
Full Paper Submission
- The Conference Proceedings will be edited in electronic format and published by Springer, including full papers only. The papers will be subjected to double blind review process and submitted to ISI Web of Knowledge (Thomson Reuters) and SCOPUS.
