Before you can submit an abstract or full paper, you must first create an ACCCBE-2027 website profile.
Your profile allows you to:
- Submit abstracts and full papers
- Track your submissions
- Receive conference notifications
- Access your author dashboard
Conference Registration & Fees
Once your paper has been accepted (or if you are attending as a delegate), you can register for the conference by selecting one of the registration options below.
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions of the conference, attendance at the Welcome Reception, conference teas and lunches, and the conference proceedings.

Refund Policy: Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund requests received on or before 15 August 2027 will be refunded, less a €120 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 15 August 2027, and the full registration fee will remain payable.
