The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions of the conference, attendance at the Welcome Reception, conference teas and lunches, and the conference proceedings.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of €120 if the refund request is received in writing by 30 August 2025. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refund to the author registrants.
