Registration
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions of the conference, attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner*, conference teas and lunches, and the conference proceedings.

*Please note that the reduced registration fee for students and local delegates does not include the Gala Dinner. Dinner tickets can be purchased separately.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of €120 if the refund request is received in writing by 30 August 2025. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refund to the author registrants.
